Building Survey
The other type of survey available is a Building Survey, which is an extremely comprehensive survey which can be tailored to a clients individual requirements.

It follows a similar format to the Home buyers Survey in that it will deal with all the major elements of the property, but it will also explain the construction and materials in more detail.

This survey is likely to be needed if the property is, for example, of unusual construction, is dilapidated or has been extensively altered, or where a major conversion or renovation is planned.

An independent estimate of cost for remedial repairs and proposed improvements can also be supplied.
